So the first teaser for Predator: Badlands has dropped and already the internet is going crazy with the sort of theories that would have got you locked up for being utterly insane a few decades ago. We're talking connections being made to Alien, face palm, Independance Day, double face palm, and who knows what else. Sanity required me to stop watching these "theory" videos as to be honest we are not talking the brighest bulbs in the hardware store here making them. So what do we know?

A solo Predator, really sad we have to say that in the modern era, named Dax or Dex or something has his first and what could be final hunt to prove his abilities to his clan. That's all we know folks, reading more into this is going to make you an idiot, not that being completely wrong in the past has stopped video creators, hell eventually they have to get something right. Remember this is a teaser, nothing shown might actually appear in the final movie. We also get a group of I guess humans, heavily armed and advancing on a building, no idea, could be start of the movie or end of the movie, who knows, wait to find out. And a Weyland-Yutani artificial person, who I guess is in the movie to translate the Predator language, else we are not going to get much given modern Hollywood script writers are generally unable to find their own bums with both hands. 

Does the artifical person indicate a possible xenomorph in the mix? Don't know, it could be simply the corporation trying to acquire Predator technology and nothing else. Of more concern is the Predator design, holy hell that really shat the bed with that one.

Check out the teaser, make up your own mind, but for god sake don't post any inane theories on the interwebs, we have enough idiots doing that already. On the bright side we are not getting the girl boss everyone was groaning about a few months back, so already that's an improvement don't you think?
