In the Howling: Thoughts and explorations of that certain thing called love horror!

Welcome to the howling, the part of the site where we allow rampant arguements to hold sway with informed opinion. In amongst various rants and views on the state of the horror nations you may just stumble across the odd pearl of wisdom and heaven forbid an actual coherant essay or two. We just wanted a place where we could hold forth on various aspects affecting the dark genre without having to deal with 101 teens who strangely seem to think we are in the least bit interested in what they have to say.

In the following articles you will not find movies such as The Exorcist slammed as being "over rated", anything approaching an arguement about who was the best Jason Voorhees, or a top ten whatever list that is of only passing interest to about five people. What you will find are thoughts on the franchises that litter the horror genre, various Writers and Directors, and any issue that has cropped up during our journey through the wastelands. In short this section will hold very little interest for the fanboys the genre seems to attracted that wrongly call themselves "horror fans".
